System and business analyst
We are looking for experienced analysts, whose main responsibilites include collecting business and functional requirements or to consult the analysts of our clients. Also laying out and improving the business and software processes of our clients. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working as a business or system analyst.
Software architect
We are looking for experienced software architects whose main responsibilities include the elaboration of or consulting the elaboration of technical solutions for our client's systems consisting of conceptual and reference architectures amongs other technical deliverables and inspecting the execution and fulfilment during the later phases of the development process. The responsibilites also include change and configuration management of the architectual or design descisions. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working as a software developer and at least 3 years of experience working as a software architect.
Testing specialist
We are looking for specialists with extensive knowledge in testing, whose work will involve software product testing, i.e. looking at system quality from the technical point of view. The successful candidate will have good programming skills (desirably also Java skills) and an in-depth knowledge in testing. Higher education and fluency in English and Russian would be an advantage.
The position involves creating different tests (e.g. functionality, load, stress testing), their automation and performance.
Quality consultant
We are looking for candidates interested in software quality, who would like to be responsible for quality in software and/or hardware development projects during the entire life cycle of a project. The consultant will have knowledge in software processes and in-depth skills in testing. The candidate will preferably have a higher education and fluency in English and Russian. Experience in programming, project and quality management would be an advantage.
The position involves close co-operation with all the members of a project as well as the purchaser in order to guarantee and, if needed, perform tests in different phases of a project.
All specialists will have an opportunity to participate in the development process of ASA methodologies.
