Quality consultations

ASA Quality Services offers hands-on consultations in all services it provides. Our consultations are not based on meetings with theoretical background, but actual work together with our partner’s specialists. We mainly offer the following consultations:

• Testing consultations – developing testing strategies together with the partner’s specialists. Offering support and consultations during the performance of different tests, as well as involvement in the development of test plans and tests.
• Quality management consultations – developing the quality strategy of a company or a project. Choosing and implementing the suitable techniques and technologies for ensuring the quality of a company, project or a product. Managing the staff responsible for quality and the administration of their work tasks.
• Software process improvement and evaluation consultations – consulting a partner in the evaluation of software processes. Support in choosing the suitable processes for improvement. Consultations in process analysis, as well as in development and implementation of improvement proposals.
• System analysis – in addition to the above we offer consultations in system analysis. We assist in picking the suitable approach and level of detail in system analysis, we participate in performing the analysis and review the result documentation.
• Project management – consulting project managers in putting together a project plan, as well as in carrying out a project and creating project documentation.
