Quality ManagementQuality management is one type of management, the aim of which is to define and realize the quality policy of an organisation. Our quality managers are able to direct an organisation, a production process as well as the quality of the goods produced thereby. Our highest goal is, in co-operation with our partners, to reach a state where the quality of a development process end product is secured by an avoiding approach rather than a correcting one (excessive testing before handing the product over to the purchaser). In other words, instead of correcting problems, an organisation ensures product quality by avoiding problems and working against their appearance.Our approach for creating a quality system of such level consists of grouping all quality-related activities into a unified system and the gradual perfection of that system. The suitable step-by-step approach is the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle recommended by ISO 9000 standards.
